With a limited production of only 5000 bottles, it is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and comes from an Ecocert-certified vineyard in Epernay in the heart of the Champagne region. Yellow-gold in colour, with notes of white flower, citrus and biscuity aromas and hints of fresh almond and lemon, the wine is the ideal celebratory tipple and pairs perfectly with seafood and grilled fish.
